Harassment -- What to do if it happens to you
This is an envelope-sized pamphlet for guiding people on how to respond to prejudice-motivated acts in the workplace. This is an executive summary of a follow-up to the original 1986 study designed to: investigate the impact of ethnoviolence and sexual harassment on students who were directly victimized as well as those who had only seen or heard about campus incidents; explore the extent of group defamatory behaviors on campus and their impact on students; determine the characteristics of the perpetrators of these incidents; and to examine aspects of the campus climate, particularly student perceptions and attitudes towards various groups. $10.00
